Marc Hoffman
Chief Executive Officer
Since 1998, Marc Hoffman has been a senior executive leading venture capital startups and business turnarounds for private equity funded companies including Intuitive Surgical and Arsenal Capital.
Marc is a known industry leader in operational strategic planning, implementing lean methodologies, Six Sigma, supply-chain management, and other widely recognized methods for improving performance through his work at CBS consulting and TBM consulting.
Marc has a 25 year track record of implementing world class change initiatives and leading business transformations at Allied Signal, General Electric Propulsion.
Marc is a results-oriented leader with a record of combining strong leadership and new ideas to generate breakthrough results in profitability and return on assets.

Charles Fetter
Vice President, Customer Service and Product Management
Charles Fetter is responsible for product management, program management, new product launches and the day-to-day operations of customer service and quality departments.
Prior to his tenure with Glacier Bay, Charles held senior management positions with Logitech and Plantronics, where his expertise ensured the success of a broad range of product launches and quality customer experiences.
Charles is a member of the Churchill Club, the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Incoming Calls Management Institute (ICMI). He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Bernie Blegen
Vice President, Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Bernie Blegen oversees and directs accounting, treasury, finance, and investor relations. With over 25 years of experience in finance at a diverse group of publicly traded companies and startups, he provides a wealth of experience implementing financial management systems, raising capital and leading mergers and acquisitions.
Bernie holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and became a CPA in the State of California

Lance Brown
Vice President, Glacier Bay Business Development
Lance Brown leads new business development and seeks out new opportunities and relationships for Glacier Bay’s emerging markets.
Prior to joining Glacier Bay, Lance owned and operated the marine manufacturing business, Santa Cruz Yachts, in central California for over 18 years. During that time, he held numerous positions in design, procurement, product development, production management and general management. Lance holds a degree in Industrial Technology, with an emphasis on Engineering Management from California Polytechnic State University.

David Lyons
Vice President, Engineering ClimaCab
Dave Lyons leads Glacier Bay’s ClimaCab engineering team and has spent most of his career building and managing teams engaged in bringing new-to-the-world technologies to reality. Prior to joining Glacier Bay, Dave led the development of powertrain sub-systems for Tesla Motors, a next-generation battery-electric sports car. Before Tesla Motors, Dave spent 11 years at IDEO in Palo Alto, an innovative design and engineering firm, ranked as the #10 most innovative company in the world by FAST magazine.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Tom Gottlieb
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Tom Gottlieb’s experience spans over 25 years in key operational and supply chain roles in several world class companies. He comes to Glacier Bay with an extensive successful background from a broad range of industries including aerospace, security systems, automotive, and medical. His work experience includes GE, Allied Signal, PerkinElmer, and private equity firms.
He has a B.S. from the University of Cincinnati, is a graduate of the GE Financial Management program, and has an extensive background in Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
Tom’s operational discipline and world-class processes makes him a valuable asset to the growth strategy for the Glacier Bay team.

George Pariza
Vice President, Marketing and Product Planning
George Pariza joined Glacier Bay in December 2008 and oversees marketing and product planning for corporate brands and products. He leads the development of the brand identities and the product roadmap.
George has more than 20 years executive experience in marketing and product management. He has crafted numerous category brands and product lines in a range of different technology industries for companies including Zenith, Compaq, Emergency One, Altec Lansing, and International Jensen.
Prior to working in marketing, George lead engineering departments for over 15 years and has been granted 5 patents.
George has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.

Dina Folkman, SPHR
Director, Human Resources
With fifteen years experience in Human Resources and a strong emphasis in recruiting, Dina Folkman knows how to build organizations. Prior to joining Glacier Bay, she was the Senior Human Resources Manager for Organic, Inc., where she led the North American recruiting efforts. Prior to that, she managed human resources for the film and visual effects industry as the Director of Human Resources for Manex Entertainment, and led the technical recruiting efforts as a Senior Recruiter for Industrial Light and Magic, a division of LucasFilm.
Dina holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Marketing from Temple University, Fox School of Business. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as well as the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA).
