			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ultra-R<sup>tm</sup> Superinsulation Panels</strong></p>
<p>All Ultra-R<sup>tm</sup> panels are custom made to any flat size. Polygons, curved edges and mitered corners are permitted. Beveled edges are not permitted. There is no limit to the size of a single panel. Panels come standard up to 30&#8243; x 35&#8242; with polypropylene facings. Larger sizes, fiberglass facings and hatch openings are can be fabricated at extra cost. Plumbing access holes are provided at no additional cost, but must be specified in the design. Remember, panels cannot be modified (ie. cut, drilled or punctured) once they have left the factory.</p>
<p><strong>Standard Panels</strong><br />
 Standard panel costs apply to custom designs in sizes up to 30&#8243; x 35&#8243; and are encased in a polypropylene outer housing.</p>
<p><strong>Extra Large Panels</strong><br />
 Panels larger than 30&#8243; x 35&#8243; (length and/or width) are constructed by compositing multiple individual panels inside the outer housing. The outside appearance remains that of a single, large panel and there is no loss of performance. However, due to the additional costs to make them, they are priced as &#8220;Extra Large Panel.&#8221; When panels are larger than 60&#8243; x 70&#8243; there is added charge.<br />
 <strong><br />
 Panel Thickness and Fiberglass Facings</strong><br />
 An optional fiberglass facing is available for box &#8220;kits&#8221; and other applications in which the panel surface is to be used as the interior box liner. Finished panel thickness is as follows:</p>

<p>Each panel ordered must be paid in full at the time order is placed and accompanied by a properly dimensioned drawing or precut template. We cannot produce panels from box drawings alone. Remember to place holes or cutouts where appropriate to permit the passage of tubing and/or drain holes. Production tolerances are +/- 1/8&#8243;.</p>
